What is the conference registration fee?:

  • Early Bird registration fee of $75 has been extended. [Group rate of $65 per person is available for groups of 5 or more.][Group rate of $90 per person is available for groups of 5 or more.]

What does my conference registration fee cover?:

  • The registration fee covers all administrative costs, admission to all plenary sessions and the business expo. The Working Lunch -- "Strategies for Creating a Kingdom Banking & Economics Model" -- on Friday, September 11, is a separate session that costs $30 and is not included in your conference registration. Is the conference registration fee refundable?:

  • The conference registration fee is not refundable.

Does my registration fee include my hotel room?:

What forms of payment are accepted for conference registration?:

  • All major credit cards, personal/corporate checks and money orders.

What meals are covered with my registration fee?:

  • Breakfast is included daily as an amenity for all registered hotel guests. All other meals are the responsibility of conference attendees. The Working Lunch -- "Strategies for Creating a Kingdom Banking & Economics Model" -- on Friday, September 11, is $30. Register for the Working Lunch now.

What is the conference rate for children?:

  • The conference registration fee for children up to age 12 is FREE. Please note that the Working Lunch -- "Strategies for Creating a Kingdom Banking & Economics Model" -- on Friday, September 11, is $30 per person regardless of age. Register for the Working Lunch now.

Is child care provided during the conference?:

  • Child care will not be provided during the conference.

Can I share my registration fee with someone else?:

  • No, each attendee must pay the registration fee.

Can I register now for Convocation 2009?:

How much is the hotel room?:

  • Single & Double Occupancy: $125 + tax per night (includes full breakfast).
  • Additional Occupants: $10 + tax per night for each occupant above 2 (includes full breakfast).

What is the deadline for making my hotel reservation?:

  • August 11, 2009

Will my credit be charged when I make my reservation?:

  • No. The hotel WILL NOT process any transactions on your card at the time you secure your reservation. Your credit card is a guarantee of a secured reservation. Your card WILL BE charged at the time of check out OR in the event that the reservation is not cancelled in accordance with Embassy Suites cancellation policy and the expected guests did not show up as scheduled.

How can I cancel my hotel reservation?:

  • Some reservations have cancellation policies that restrict or limit cancellations, including most reservations that are made online. Please review Embassy Suites cancellation policy for details. For this reason we recommend that you call Embassy Suites to request that reservations be cancelled. In the US or Canada, please call 1.800.EMBASSY (1.800.362.2779) or via the Internet Customer Service. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for an existing reservation until you receive a cancellation number confirming that the reservation has been cancelled.
