VENDOR REGISTRATION

What is the vendor registration fee?:

  • The vendor registration fee is $125 per vendor.

What does my vendor registration fee cover?:

  • The vendor registration fee includes conference registration and one 6-ft table.

Is the conference registration fee refundable?:

  • The vendor conference registration fee is not refundable.

Does the vendor registration fee include a hotel room?:

What forms of payment are accepted for vendor conference registration?:

  • All major credit cards, personal/corporate checks and money orders.

What meals are covered with the vendor registration fee?:

  • None. Breakfast is included daily as an amenity for all registered hotel guests.

Can I share my vendor space with someone else?:

  • No, each vendor must register separately and pay the vendor registration fee.

Are tables allocated on a first-come, first-served basis?:

  • No. We reserve the right to refuse space to any prospective vendor based upon appropriateness and value of materials and services to be provided.

Can I register now as a vendor for Convocation 2009?:

VENDOR SET UP & OPERATIONS

Where is vendor check-in and what time should I report?:

  • Vendor check-in will be at the conference registration desk across from main meeting room. Directional signage will e posted. Please report by 10:30AM on Thursday, September 10, 2009.

What items are required to be on hand at vendor check-in?:

  • A copy of registration confirmation or completed registration form accompanied by official business card, as well as samples and pictures of products/services must be submitted at vendor check-in prior to setting up any displays.

Where is the vendor area located?:

  • All displays and business transactions must be limited to the designated areas as directed by the security staff or concierges. There will not be selling of any kind outside of this area, including outdoor and hallway areas on any of the conference days.

What hours will the vendor areas be open?:

  • Thursday, 12:00 noon until 8:00PM, Friday, 9:00AM until 6:00PM.

If I am not at my assigned vendor location when the vendor area opens, who will watch it?:

  • No one. You are responsible for any merchandise in your area while the vendor area is open.

Is there security when the vendor area is closed?:

  • Yes
